The fabrication represents the support vehicle having metal container mounted on it. The support vehicle is
the platform, three axes with the torsional suspension, six pneumatic wheels, coupling loop, support planes,
pnemohydraulic braking installation, parking hand brake lever, electrical equipment. The plant represents
metallic container keeping all the junctions and installations.

10. MOBILE OIL UNITS СММ-М (VACUUM FREEZING-
OUT PLANT)
The vacuum freezing-out unit is designed for evacuation and drying of hard insulation of power transformers
under 110-1150 kV voltage during their assembling, maintenance and repair.
Freezing- ou t vacuu m plant
The plant is implemented for the transformers with tanks resisting pressure of 26 Pa. In case one needs to use
the unit for the transformers with tanks resisting pressure under 26 Pa one needs to carry out tank
amplification previously approved by the manufacturer.
Drying the 500-1150 kV power transformers’ insulation one can intensify evacuation for the pressure
initiated by air pressure up to 400 Pa by connecting preliminary exhaustion unit or forevacuum pump to the
plant.

M obile oil units СММ-Т are designed for releasing insulating, transformer, industrial turbine and compressor
oils of mechanical contaminants and water. Viscosity of the aforementioned oils should be 73-280 mm²/sec
for the temperature of 50 °С. The plant’s configuration presumes oil heating.
The vacuum column of the given unit contains numerous polypropylene wheels regarded to be peculiarity of
the unit. The leakage of the contaminated oil through the wheels results into the extra-thin oil layer
permanently altering the surface. Vacuum decreases partial pressure of the oil water which rapidly evaporates
either free or emulsified.

The units are used for assembling, maintenance and exploitation of oil-filled high-voltage equipment (power

СММ-F units are designed for diesel fuel as well as for transformer, fluid, industrial oils purification of
mechanical contaminants, free and dissolved water, water-soluble acids and alkali of less 70 cSt viscosity for
the temperature of 50 °С .
Especial adsorbing filters enable purification aiming self-regulation during the steady oil processing. Self-
regulation of purification process is being carried out respective of fluid flow parameters.
The filter had undergone the regeneration which enabled its frequentative exploitation. Present fabrication
can be exploited while assembling, maintaining and exploiting oil-filled equipment.

maintaining and exploiting oil-filled high-voltage equipment (such as power transformers, high-voltage
switches, etc.) of less 1150 kV voltage.

Zeolites are the crystalline hydraulic frame aluminum silicates.
Zeolites’ distinguishing feature is their structural porosity.
Zeolites are opposed to other mineral sorbents such as silica
gels, active aluminum oxide, carbon, by the reason of their
homogenous inputs to the sorption chambers to be of 3-10 A0
dimension respective of the zeolite type. Therefore such inputs
can be called molecular sieve. The aforementioned inputs’
dimensions activate molecular sieve properties of the zeolites.
These properties are revealed in adsorption molecules of diameter
less than the one of the sorption chamber input.

31. THE «SUKHOVEY-4» PLANT
The air drying plant «Sukhovey-4» is designed for air drying as well as for its purification of mechanical
contaminants. The air to undergo the plant is exploited for blowing tanks of power transformers and electrical
machines during their assembling, maintenance and servicing, as blowing tanks aims preventing insulation of
humidity if the active part is losing its sealing. Functioning mode is air drying in two separately operating
adsorbers filled with synthetic sorbent to release the dry air of mechanical contaminants kept by filter.
The fabrication can be exploited under the air temperature up to minus 20 °C.

filling up, replacing oil as well as drying the transformer.

34. THE BRPS PLANT
The BRPC plant (sorbent regeneration and preparation block) is designed for absorbent (moisture) removal off
the sorbent by means of thermal desorption enabled by especial electric heaters.
Block’s framework necessitates direct connection to the vessel resulting into dismissing of mechanical mixing
and sprinkling of the sorbent as aforementioned actions cause sorbent destruction. The block enables optimal
