- Initial filling of electrical equipment with the insulating oil;

- Dehydration resulting into the outlet oil of less 10 ppm humidity;
- Degassing resulting into the outlet oil of less 0,1 % gas bulk;
- Intensification of breakdown voltage of insulating oils for 70 kV;
- Drying of electrical equipment while purifying the oil;
- Initial filling of electrical equipment with the insulating oils;
- Nitriding of transformer oils;

Stations can filtrate either heated or not providing with the outlet oil of nominal filtration fineness up to
1 mkm containing mechanical contaminants of industrial purity after the 9-th rate (-/15/12 by ISO 4406).

Units are produced for different capacity which optimizes processing of oils, evacuation and drying of
transformers of various dimensions.
In case of maintaining oil-filled equipment while exploiting the units they prolong their operational term for
several times and reduce expenses for their servicing.

The fabrication represents the support vehicle having metal container mounted on it. The support vehicle is
the platform, three axes with the torsional suspension, six pneumatic wheels, coupling loop, support planes,
pnemohydraulic braking installation, parking hand brake lever, electrical equipment. The plant represents
metallic container keeping all the junctions and installations.

MOBILE OIL UNITS СММ-М (VACUUM FREEZING-
                                      OUT PLANT)
The vacuum freezing-out unit is designed for evacuation and drying of hard insulation of power transformers
under 110-1150 kV voltage during their assembling, maintenance and repair.

The plant is implemented for the transformers with tanks resisting pressure of 26 Pa. In case one needs to use
the unit for the transformers with tanks resisting pressure under 26 Pa one needs to carry out tank
amplification previously approved by the manufacturer.
Drying the 500-1150 kV power transformers’ insulation one can intensify evacuation for the pressure
initiated by air pressure up to 400 Pa by connecting preliminary exhaustion unit or forevacuum pump to the
plant.

M obile oil units СММ-Т are designed for releasing insulating, transformer, industrial turbine and compressor
oils of mechanical contaminants and water. Viscosity of the aforementioned oils should be 73-280 mm²/sec
for the temperature of 50 °С. The plant’s configuration presumes oil heating.
The vacuum column of the given unit contains numerous polypropylene wheels regarded to be peculiarity of
the unit. The leakage of the contaminated oil through the wheels results into the extra-thin oil layer
permanently altering the surface. Vacuum decreases partial pressure of the oil water which rapidly evaporates
either free or emulsified.

M obile oil units СММ-А are designed for releasing transformer oils of mechanical contaminants as well as
for oils’ vacuum drying. Viscosity of aforementioned oils should be less 70 cSt for the temperature of 50°С.
The given stations enable oil purification of the industrial purity before the 9-th range (-/15/12 by ISO
4406) for output undergoing filtering block for several times.
The units are used for assembling, maintenance and exploitation of oil-filled high-voltage equipment (power
transformers, high-voltage switches and other equipment). The oil should be dried according to the standard
procedure presuming vacuumizing and water vapors removal off the oil surface. The units are manufactured
for operation in automatic and half-automatic modes.

MOBILE OIL UNITS СММ-А


The differential feature of the СММ-А stations is vacuum vessel to undergo drying neither by means of
fine-dispersed atomization nor by means of film mounting. The oil is to be supplied to the activating filter
which divides the flow into the two phases.
Vacuum acts on oil moisture in part of extended surface of propylene fibers coming to be the roar material

of ExdIICТ4 explosion-proof range.

MOBILE OIL UNITS CMM-F
СММ-F units are designed for diesel fuel as well as for transformer, fluid, industrial oils purification of
mechanical contaminants, free and dissolved water, water-soluble acids and alkali of less 70 cSt viscosity for
the temperature of 50 °С .
Especial adsorbing filters enable purification aiming self-regulation during the steady oil processing. Self-
regulation of purification process is being carried out respective of fluid flow parameters.
The filter had undergone the regeneration which enabled its frequentative exploitation. Present fabrication
can be exploited while assembling, maintaining and exploiting oil-filled equipment.
Oil mobile units СММ – F are divided into two categories according to the mounted filter cartridges:
- СММ-F (CFU) – mounted filter cartridge releases of mechanical contaminants only;
- СММ-F–mounted cartridge filter releases of mechanical contaminants as well as of free and dissolved water

The СММ-F unit (block of filtration-BF)          is designed for diesel fuel as well as for transformer,
industrial oils purification of mechanical contaminants. Viscosity of aforementioned contaminants should be
less 70 cSt for the temperature of 50°С.
The unit enables oil purification after the 9-th range of industrial purity (-/15/12 by ISO 4406) by means of
output running over the filtering unit for several times. Present fabrication is the stationery unit containing no
pumps which it can be accommodated with if previously approved by the manufacturer.

M obile oil units СММ-U (M obile oil units – МCU) are designed for insulating oils purification of
mechanical contaminants and water as well as for their acidity reduction. Viscosity of aforementioned oils
should be less 70 cSt under the temperature of 50°С. Present fabrication can be used while assembling,
maintaining and exploiting oil-filled high-voltage equipment (such as power transformers, high-voltage
switches, etc.) of less 1150 kV voltage.
                                                                 Present fabrication is manufactured both in the singleblock and
                                                                 doubleblock frameworks. Usage of different kinds of sorbents
                                                                 (zeolites, silica gels, etc.) is the distinguishing technology of
                                                                 processing by means of the present station.
                                                                 Zeolites are the crystalline hydraulic frame aluminum silicates.
                                                                 Zeolites’ distinguishing feature is their structural porosity.
                                                                 Zeolites are opposed to other mineral sorbents such as silica
                                                                 gels, active aluminum oxide, carbon, by the reason of their
                                                                 homogenous inputs to the sorption chambers to be of       3-10 A0
                                                                 dimension respective of the zeolite type. Therefore such inputs
                                                                 can be called molecular sieve. The aforementioned inputs’
                                                                 dimensions activate molecular sieve properties of the zeolites.

THE «SUKHOVEY-4» PLANT


The air drying plant «Sukhovey-4» is designed for air drying as well as for its purification of mechanical
contaminants. The air to undergo the plant is exploited for blowing tanks of power transformers and electrical
machines during their assembling, maintenance and servicing, as blowing tanks aims preventing insulation of
humidity if the active part is losing its sealing. Functioning mode is air drying in two separately operating
adsorbers filled with synthetic sorbent to release the dry air of mechanical contaminants kept by filter.

THE BRPS PLANT
The BRPC plant (sorbent regeneration and preparation block) is designed for absorbent (moisture) removal off
the sorbent by means of thermal desorption enabled by especial electric heaters.
Block’s framework necessitates direct connection to the vessel resulting into dismissing of mechanical mixing

Usage of different kinds of sorbents (zeolites, silica gels, etc.) is the distinguishing technology of processing by means of the present station. Zeolites are the crystalline hydraulic frame aluminum silicates. Zeolites’ distinguishing feature is their structural porosity.
