3. Introduction
They are all around us and they effect us.
What follows is a collection of pictures
showing nudges or suggestions we see
everyday. What is a nudge? A nudge is
message or image that tries to help us do
something positive. What is a suggestion? A
message or image that helps us not do
something negative. If we can recognize them,
we can study how they effect us and those
around us and figure out how we can use
them to help ourselves and others. As you
review what follows, think about where else
you see similar messages, it will surprise you
what you begin to recognize. Enjoy!
