2. TN Flyboard offers the freedom to explore water ways on Norris Lake from the air using the thrust from a PWC!
TN Flyboard is bringing a new extreme watersport to the lakes of Tennessee! On July 11-13th, come to Sequoyah
Marina in Andersonville, TN and try out this new watersport! How does this watersport work? A personal water craft
(PWC) is used to thrust air through a hose connected to the flyboard. There is no weight restriction to use the
flyboard. Riders must be 18 years or over with good health and physical condition and must be a good swimmer. The
maximum height is 30 ft at 18.5 miles per hour. Swim above and below the water! See video below! All riders use
protective equipment supplied by TN Flyboard. The flyboard boot size adjusts from men size 6-12. Learn to fly in as
little as 3 minutes.

Start your summer vacation on Norris Lake off right! Party Pontoon Boat Rentals offer plenty of space and can
accommodate up to 14 people or less. The pontoon boat has an upper deck with stairway that leads to a water slide
off the back. These pontoon boats are fairly large with plenty of seating space and provide a lot of shade for those
really hot summers! The price for an all-day boat rental is about $225-$250 with a full tank of gas plus a damage
deposit on your credit card if required. Accessories include CD player and radio with MP3 input connection.

Boat Renters are required to pay for the gas used on return of the boat. There is also a $100 cleaning fee from the
damage deposit if the boat rental is returned excessively dirty. Basically, they want you to pick up your belongings and
trash after you return the boat rental. Adult size life jackets are provided. Life jackets for children under 12 are not
provided.

In its second year of business, the owners have added improvements to the restaurant and marina, including more
pontoon boat rentals and Jet Ski rentals, new houseboat slips on Norris Lake, and more boat slips. Vacation Cottage
rentals are also available on site. The restaurant has added more weekly specials, live deejay and team trivia nights,
and an impressive live music line-up featuring a variety of music from bands and musicians from upper east
Tennessee, to the Nashville area. Benny Smith, who has over twenty-five years of live music booking and promotions,
including seven years with Knoxville's AC Entertainment, is now booking the live entertainment for Jimmy's Place.
Jimmy's Place also offers wine and mixed drinks, now, as well as a wide selection of beer for those 21 years of age
and over with proper identification. Food and/or drink specials are also offered every night.
Now through the second week of September, Jimmy's Place will feature a live deejay playing requests for your
dancing pleasure beginning at 7 p.m. for "Railsplitters Wednesdays," offering specials for those with a valid college ID
from LMU, UT, Walters State, and other surrounding colleges. The live deejay night will also be featured on one
Friday night in July and August, with a special kid's entertainment event both nights, as well. The Trivia Guys will be

headline most Friday nights, and every Saturday night. Rhythm N Blues, classic rock, bluegrass, Americana, and a
variety of both cover tunes and original music will be featured by solo, duo, and full bands for live music nights (see
Norris Lake calendar events). Other special events will take place on holiday weekends. The improvements and
additions to the entertainment calendar are part of the on-going efforts by the owners of Jimmy's Place to make it one
of the best marina restaurants on Norris Lake, and in east Tennessee, by offering both boaters and non-boaters a
high quality option for lakeside entertainment and fun.
"We have listened to what people have told us they want in a high quality marina restaurant, and we want to work
hard to give it to them!," says Jimmy's Place co-owner, Jimmy Rodefer. "Bringing in someone with Benny Smith's
experience and background in the music and promotions business is something we are sure will get us headed in the
right direction, and will make people want to spend time with us, and then come back with a dozen or so more
friends, next time. We are excited to get it going, this summer, and then do even more in 2015!," Rodefer added.
Musicians like Knoxville bluegrass band Dixieghost, who was just recently a finalist in the impressive Knoxville Band
Eat Band Competition, Knoxville R&B veteran JayStorm, Murfreesoboro Americana rockers Plow'd, Knoxville funk
band State Street Rhythm Section (with a horn section), and Greeneville/Knoxville band Samantha Gray & the Soul
Providers are just some of the bands scheduled to play live at Jimmy's Place, with all shows kicking off at 7 p.m.
