In her presentation, Sandee Jordan explained how to use analytic data to define their web audiences. She then used that data to help craft new and relevant social media content that is optimized for organic search. This presentation included a combination of analytics, content creation and tips like Hummingbird’s focus on unique/relevant content. Sandee also spoke on how to create a ‘suite’ of content for one subject to avoid simulcasting across SM platforms. Sandee joined Simpleview as a Search Engine Marketing Analyst in September 2012. With close to a decade of sales and marketing experience spanning both coasts, she studies web traffic patterns to develop successful SEM campaigns for DMOs in the US and Canada. Sandee holds certification in both Google Analytics and AdWords and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, School of Journalism & Mass Communications.

You’ll need to uncover what inspires and motivates each individual team member, while also understanding how they’ll respond to ambiguity or sudden change. You’ll also need to do this while handling your day job and while also keeping them–and yourself–from burning out. We’ll discuss some approaches to tackling most of this and share tips on empathy and emotional resonance that can help you build stronger and more genuine ties to your team in order to set them all up for their best success.
