This was my proposal made to the new Director and new management in Logistics after a re-org (GSK Manufacturing Division). Note: some words were purposely spelled with the UK conventions given that half of the audience was from the UK, e.g. programme, utilisation, etc.
Since this information is outdated, it is no longer sensitive and can be seen publicly.

defines management and communication paths
Stewardship: Establishing and/or reinforcing the accountability for
preserving the organisation’s purpose

objectives. Balancing risk and reward.

Project Management
. . . is about who, when, and how a project team
achieves its purpose. Project management directly
supports the governance function.
Project Teams are groups of diverse people that are held
together by a shared purpose.
The project team exists to achieve its purpose: to deliver something
of value to its customers or constituents.
