To observes the freshness of fruits affect on voltage and pH

To determine which fruits provide highest voltage depend on the pH

introduction
Batteries generate electricity by transforming
chemical energy into electrical energy through a
chemical reaction between two different electrodes
and one electrolyte (Giancoli, 2009).

       In our project we had replace batteries with
different type of fruits and study about their voltage
reading, pH meter reading and its freshness. Fruits
have high of resistance and its not enough to light up
LED.

PROCEDURES
1. The fruits is rolled

2. The fruits is cut and then, Zn and Cu are placed

  • 3. To observes the freshness of fruits affect on voltage and pH To determine which fruits provide highest voltage depend on the pH To find out which fruits can light up the bulb longest.

  • 6. Batteries generate electricity by transforming chemical energy into electrical energy through a chemical reaction between two different electrodes and one electrolyte (Giancoli, 2009). In our project we had replace batteries with different type of fruits and study about their voltage reading, pH meter reading and its freshness. Fruits have high of resistance and its not enough to light up LED.
