CLU Guarantee Scholarship
The CLU Guarantee Scholarship was established to provide an opportunity
for eligible students to attend CLU for the cost of specific University of
California institutions:
 University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)
 University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB);
 University of California, Berkeley (UC Berkeley)
 University of California, Davis (UC Davis)
 University of California, San Diego (UCSD)
If a student is admitted to any of these institutions, CLU will match the
cost of attendance!
***The University of California is not affiliated with and does not endorse or support the CLU Guarantee
Scholarship Program
***Certain Restrictions Apply. See next slide
 Student must be an incoming transfer student
 Student must have a transferable GPA of 3.0 GPA or higher (as calculated by CLU)
 Student must have completed at least 60 transferable units
or IGETC certification by the end of the Summer term preceding enrollment at CLU
 Be admitted to CLU
 Be admitted to UCLA, UCSB, UC Berkeley, UC Davis, or UCSD for the same term as
admitted to CLU
Once a student is admitted to one of the five UC schools listed on the previous slide and
CLU, he/she must submit the following to the CLU Office of Admission, to receive the
scholarship:
 Copy of admit letter to UCLA, UCSB, UC Berkeley, UC Davis, or UCSD
 $300 non—refundable enrollment deposit confirming intent to enroll at CLU
(traditional undergraduates only).
 The scholarship is renewable for up to two years at CLU provided the student
maintains a cumulative 2.5 GPA or higher.
