• Update your resume, define your goals prior to arrival
• What path do you want to pursue, Where do you want to pursue that path?
How will you make a contribution in that path?
• Career switching is possible, but requires additional effort
• Consider switching industry OR function, not both
• Informational interviews and networking are critical
• Examine your existing network and start practicing
