Purchase Options
The Pincaso system was designed for
flexibility. Customers have two
different purchase options.
Option 1: E-Commerce
Customer have the ability to
purchase products on your website.
Option 2: Retail Store or Kiosk
Customers can visit a store or kiosk
and purchase products from sales
clerks. The sales clerk can use our
web portal to process the purchase.
The Pincaso website has been
integrated with a complimentary IVR
system for store that do not have
internet access.

How to Search for Products
Unlike many competitor
offerings the Pincaso
Website allows the
owner (master
distributor) to sell
multiple products. A
customer can have
many different products
associated to one ANI.

We believe in giving the
customer a choice. The
search result page can
display many different
products. There could be
an offering where the
customer buys $20 at .1660
cents or there could be an
offering where the
customer pay .2471cents.

The Pincaso system has multiple
ways to accept payment.To
purchase a product over the
internet a customer must have a
credit card or PayPal account.
Retail locations can accept cash.
Instant Provisioning
The web portal instantly sends a command to
a NACT switch. This command configures the
switch to assign a product to the customers
ANI.
A text message is automatically sent to the
customers phone which provides a list of
access numbers.
In a matter of seconds a customer can use
their new pinless product.
Buying From a Retail Store
The next segment of this
presentation will focus on
the store interface.
Login Screen
Every user level logs into the Pinless Plus site from the same screen
Store Interface
After logging into the
website all stores will
view this screen.
Searching Products
The first thing a
customer might ask
when they walk into a
store is for the best
price to a specific
country. The store clerk
can easily pull this
information out of the
system using the search
tool.
Clerk’s Search Results
The search results will
display every product
the Pincaso owner has
created. In this case we
searched for
Afghanistan.
Buying a Product
After the customer
determines which
product they want the
store clerk can take an
order by clicking on the
start order button.

The store clerk will insert the customers phone number.
Buying a Product
The system performs a
check to see if the
customer is new or
performing a recharge.
Store Interface
The store clerk will make a
product selection in this
screen.
The demo server used for this
presentation only has one
product assigned to the
selected store. If there were
multiple products assigned to
the store the product field
would have a drop down box.
Store Interface
The Pincaso website has a
promotions function. The
current promotion setting is
$1 for new customers.
Store Interface
Customers can remit payment
by using the stores PoS
terminal or paying in cash.
The store can even accept a
check if it wanted to.

The customer instantly receives a text message with an access number for the
service. At this point the customers account is active and can be used for
calling.

The customer receives a security code which
they can use to register for the website.

Customer Profile
This is the first screen a customer will see after they create an account.
Adding Additional ANIs
The customer has the option to assign multiple phones to each account. They can
assign cell and home phone lines. Mom, Dad, and two kids can all use the same product
to make calls.
Speed Dials
Clients can configure speed dials through the website.
Customer Transaction Details
The customer can view all of the
transactions that were made on
their account through this screen.
In the picture it can be seen that a
$20 pinless product was purchased.
The $20 purchase had a $1
promotion which was attached to
it. This is displayed in the second
line.
Call History
Customers can view their
call history. The screen to
the right shows three
different calls that were
made from the ANI we
assigned previously in this
presentation.
Management of the System
The rest of the presentation will display the
management and how to set-up the
Pincaso website.
Master Distributor Setup
All users including the master distributor login from the same home page.
Master Distributor Profile
The master distributor sets up
their profile information on this
page.
Master Distributor Users
The master distributor can have multiple accounts for different employees
to maintain the Pincaso website.
Distributor Setup
This is the first step to
creating a multi-tiered
setup. The Master
distributor will add a
distributor on this
screen.
My Distributor Setup
The Master distributor has complete
control over how much commission is
given to distributors. The commission
can be determined per
distributor/agent/store or per product.
The system allows exceptions as well.
The Pincaso site also allows for split
commissions on recharges. For instance
Customer A purchases a product at
Store B. Customer A then recharges at
store C. Store B can receive part of the
commission on the sale from Store C
because Store B made the original sale.
The master distributor can enable or
disable this function and set the split
commission structure.

These screens show how a product is initially set up by the master distributor.

These screen show how a master distributor receives and records cash
payments. Credit Card & ACH payments are automatically entered into the
system via APIs

  • 8. Purchase Options The Pincaso system was designed for flexibility. Customers have two different purchase options. Option 1: E-Commerce Customer have the ability to purchase products on your website. Option 2: Retail Store or Kiosk Customers can visit a store or kiosk and purchase products from sales clerks. The sales clerk can use our web portal to process the purchase. The Pincaso website has been integrated with a complimentary IVR system for store that do not have internet access.

  • 10. How to Search for Products Unlike many competitor offerings the Pincaso Website allows the owner (master distributor) to sell multiple products. A customer can have many different products associated to one ANI.
  • 11. Search Results Page We believe in giving the customer a choice. The search result page can display many different products. There could be an offering where the customer buys $20 at .1660 cents or there could be an offering where the customer pay .2471cents.

  • 20. Checkout Screen The Pincaso system has multiple ways to accept payment.To purchase a product over the internet a customer must have a credit card or PayPal account. Retail locations can accept cash.
  • 21. Instant Provisioning The web portal instantly sends a command to a NACT switch. This command configures the switch to assign a product to the customers ANI. A text message is automatically sent to the customers phone which provides a list of access numbers. In a matter of seconds a customer can use their new pinless product.
  • 22. Buying From a Retail Store The next segment of this presentation will focus on the store interface.
  • 23. Login Screen Every user level logs into the Pinless Plus site from the same screen
  • 24. Store Interface After logging into the website all stores will view this screen.
  • 25. Searching Products The first thing a customer might ask when they walk into a store is for the best price to a specific country. The store clerk can easily pull this information out of the system using the search tool.
  • 26. Clerk’s Search Results The search results will display every product the Pincaso owner has created. In this case we searched for Afghanistan.
  • 27. Buying a Product After the customer determines which product they want the store clerk can take an order by clicking on the start order button.
  • 28. Buying a Product The store clerk will insert the customers phone number.
  • 29. Buying a Product The system performs a check to see if the customer is new or performing a recharge.
  • 30. Store Interface The store clerk will make a product selection in this screen. The demo server used for this presentation only has one product assigned to the selected store. If there were multiple products assigned to the store the product field would have a drop down box.
  • 31. Store Interface The Pincaso website has a promotions function. The current promotion setting is $1 for new customers.
  • 32. Store Interface Customers can remit payment by using the stores PoS terminal or paying in cash. The store can even accept a check if it wanted to.
  • 33. Store Interface The customer instantly receives a text message with an access number for the service. At this point the customers account is active and can be used for calling.
  • 34. Customer Experience The customer receives a security code which they can use to register for the website.

  • 36. Customer Profile This is the first screen a customer will see after they create an account.
  • 37. Adding Additional ANIs The customer has the option to assign multiple phones to each account. They can assign cell and home phone lines. Mom, Dad, and two kids can all use the same product to make calls.
  • 38. Speed Dials Clients can configure speed dials through the website.
  • 39. Customer Transaction Details The customer can view all of the transactions that were made on their account through this screen. In the picture it can be seen that a $20 pinless product was purchased. The $20 purchase had a $1 promotion which was attached to it. This is displayed in the second line.
  • 40. Call History Customers can view their call history. The screen to the right shows three different calls that were made from the ANI we assigned previously in this presentation.
  • 41. Management of the System The rest of the presentation will display the management and how to set-up the Pincaso website.

  • 44. Master Distributor Users The master distributor can have multiple accounts for different employees to maintain the Pincaso website.
  • 45. Distributor Setup This is the first step to creating a multi-tiered setup. The Master distributor will add a distributor on this screen.
  • 46. My Distributor Setup The Master distributor has complete control over how much commission is given to distributors. The commission can be determined per distributor/agent/store or per product. The system allows exceptions as well. The Pincaso site also allows for split commissions on recharges. For instance Customer A purchases a product at Store B. Customer A then recharges at store C. Store B can receive part of the commission on the sale from Store C because Store B made the original sale. The master distributor can enable or disable this function and set the split commission structure.
