Karate Manitoba is seeking some part time administrative /website support to perform the following typical duties: - Process membership forms (250-300 current members) - Reply to inquiries about karate programs - Send notices to members regarding events and programs (email, Constant Contact) - Send AGM notice to members (email, mail) - Update content on website (Wordpress) - Maintain minute book binder - Update policy manuals as directed and assist members and program leads - Direct communications as appropriate - Other potential admin tasks

Qualifications:
- General administrative skills and experience
- Comfortable using or learning various technologies (Wordpress, Constant Contact,
other web apps)
-Wordpress experience an asset
Salary to commensurate with experience
