2014 is an extremely important year for Highlander as we launch the new website with B2B online ordering and new packaging. Our
new branding will also be incorporated in new Point of Sale and other marketing materials. New POS will also be available in early
2014 with new branding.
To strengthen the brand as customer’s choice for camping and outdoor we will continue to target customers with marketing activities
such as direct mailing, advertising, trade shows and much more.
Highlander is a family owned business located just outside of Edinburgh,
Scotland. With over 25 years of experience in developing camping, outdoor
and military products for outdoor enthusiasts and military forces it continues
to grow from strength to strength thanks to our loyal customer base.
Being a Scottish company we are passionate about the outdoors and what
we do and we want you to be passionate about the brand, Highlander.
Welcome to our 2014 trade catalogue. This year we have gone for a new
approach and combined our catalogues into one whereby both outdoor and
military products are sitting next to each other. This will enable our customers
to see our diversity across outdoor and military product categories.
For our camping and outdoor range we have continued to work hard on
designing innovative and quality items that are attractive and appealing to
the current end user’s needs.
Our 2014 tents have been further developed with new additions into larger
family sized tents. In addition another innovation is our new self-inflate mats
which are impressive in design, quality and price.
New travel luggage is an area which our product designers have carefully
studied and developed and bring contemporary and appealing products to
the travel market.
In camping & outdoor accessories new ranges have been developed in
lighting, bottles & flasks which strengthen the overall product offering.
New hats and socks have been designed for 2014 showcasing our product
designers’ skills and knowledge in the outdoor market place.
Our military range also brings some great development as we launched
our own Multi Terrain pattern called HMTC (Highlander Multi Terrain
Camouflage). This pattern has been applied to some of our current core
items in rucksacks, clothing & accessories.

2014 will see further development into a
comprehensive and credible sleeping bag range.
For example our Voyager range has updated
with integrated mosquito head nets as one of the
features. To further develop our technical range
we’ve developed the ‘Serenity’ range which sits
between our Sleepline and Echo bags in relation
to specification and pricing. We have not forgotten
about the most important campers, the kids, and
designed a new funky design collection for them
too.
