POSITION DUTIES:
We are looking for a Communications Coordinator for a great opportunity. You will be
responsible for coordinating key communication functions for the Retail division.
* Will be the person of contact for all calls/emails that come in from store personnel for the
corporate retail department. Knowing who to direct all questions/issues to within corporate.
* Contact person for all outgoing written communications from corporate to
store/departments.
* Working on presentations, flyers, newsletters, etc., that needs to be distributed to store
personnel.
* Coordinating meetings areas, providing support wherever needed; greeting office visitors,
clients and vendors.
* Must have knowledge of SharePoint in order to edit departments website.
* Must have strong administrative/office manager experience for this role.
* Able to get the job done with a sense of urgency.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelors Degree is required.
* Retail Experience.
* 5-7 years Administrative Support experience in a corporate setting.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Project management experience.
* Strong writing & editing skills.
* Strong attention to detail & organized.
* Must be able to juggle more than one project.
* Open to travel occasionally
