CRISTA and World Concern worked with remote villages in Chad to improve living conditions. They helped increase agricultural production, with peanuts increasing 10 times, millet 70 times, and sorghum 130 times in the first year. They also focused on improving access to clean water, hygiene, medical care, education, and hope for the future. The organizations' plan over the next three years was to ensure enough food through improved farming, better health from water/hygiene/medical interventions, and access to education.
