The federal founding scheme „Integration
through Qualification (IQ)“ aims at
sustainable improvement of labour market
integration of migrants in Germany.
The IQ Network is founded by the German Federal Ministry of
Research and Education (BMBF), the German Federal Ministry
of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS) and the German Federal
Employment Agency (BA).

academics with technical degrees.
Each participant co-constructs an
