Approaches C ommunity changes derive from effective partnership relations between its key players: local authorities, businesses and civic initiatives, and this concept is inbuilt in all our programs. We consider any organization and community as complex adaptive system with potential for self-development. W e use interactive and participatory approaches in preparing and providing training services, which include such methodologies as Participatory Assessment, Open Space, GE WorkOut, Future Search.
