8. SATANIC ATTEMPTS SINCE THAT TIME HAVE BEEN TO FORM RELIGIONS THAT CATER TO THE PEOPLE AND TEAR DOWN THE TRUE STRUCTURE OF THE CHURCH. IN SPITE OF THESE ATTEMPTS THERE HAVE BEEN THOSE THROUGHOUT THE DARK AGES AND THE MIDDLE AGES THAT HAVE HELD TO THE APOSTOLIC FAITH. PAUL OF SAMASOTA, THE ABIGENSES, AND THE ANABAPTIST WERE SOME THAT HAVE HELD ON DEARLY TO THE WORDS AND TEACHINGS OF THE EARLY CHURCH, EVEN TO THE DEATH. TODAY THE CHURCH MUST TEACH, PREACH, AND PRACTICE THAT SAME MESSAGE.

The word name in this scripture is in the singular denoting one name. That name was Jesus.
