& consumer) that create some added value to the “transaction”
• Intermediaries as actors
organizations, companies etc.; in the internet: “Cybermediaries” (e.g. search
engines, publishers, forums) or „digital intermediaries“ (e.g. content platforms,
social networks)
• Intermediation as process
