The document describes the governing bodies that oversee the Fruit Breedomics project, including: 1) The General Assembly, which is the decision-making body composed of one representative from each partner. It meets annually to provide strategic direction and oversight of project activities and budget. 2) The Executive Committee (ExCom), which operationally manages project activities. It monitors project progress, identifies and addresses risks, and prepares decisions for the General Assembly. 3) The Stakeholder Advisory Board (SAB), composed of experts and industry representatives. It provides scientific and strategic feedback to ensure project outputs meet stakeholder needs. It meets yearly with the ExCom.
