facilities, and institutional uses if
compatible
Low Density Residential Areas
Ensure the preservation of
environmental resources by limiting
development primarily to low density,
large lot residential and open space uses
These are stable areas of little or no
change

Provides information on
the study area geography,
area-wide policies, land
uses, and public facilities
in the study area.
Purpose is to create a
uniform baseline
knowledge of the area and
identify other
considerations for the
study.
