TAI CCST TECHNICIANS CAN PROVIDE
TAI can support your already reduced maintenance staff by providing CCST
Technicians to ease the burden of your in-house maintenance technicians
and provide technical expertise. Our TAI Technicians become dedicated
members of your team and work alongside your crew and report to your
maintenance supervisor. TAI can provide long term support services or on
an as-needed basis.
AUTOMATION & CONTROLS
5. TAI realizes that industrial facili es are increasingly subject to regula ons that require
Mechanical Integrity Programs. In addi on, these facili es are also subject to various
State and Local regula ons as well as industry codes and standards. The ongoing need
for qualified personnel who are trained to perform detailed and accurate equipment
inspec ons is difficult for a facility to keep on staff.
TAI inspectors have all achieved their cer fica on status by successfully passing vigor‐
ous independently proctored exams that test their knowledge and understanding of
the codes. These codes include API 510, API 570, API 653, CWI and NACE.

(PHAs), audits, PSM program development, procedure wri ng, and mechanical
integrity program assessment and development for the process industry. We
assist our clients in inden fying and reducing the risk of accidents posed by
hazardous materials used in their opera ons. We help these client bring their
facili es into compliance with the PSM regula on. Comprehensive PSM and
PHA programs can be developed and specific services can be provided to ad‐
dress some or all of the PSM elements.

Project Summary: The objec ve of the Resin Storage Tank Farm capital improvement project was to
modernize the delivery of raw materials and install a new raw solvent and resin
storage tank farm.
TAI Scope: TAI provided engineering, design, and bid package development as well as
construc on management and administra on support, which included scheduling
and overseeing all contractors, responding to requests for informa on, approving
change orders, and assis ng with start‐up ac vi es. Capital Cost‐ $9.5MM
Single Source Responsiveness FMC Agricultural Division
Project Summary: TAI has planned, designed and constructed several technology capital improvement projects at
FMC’s Bal more Plant for more than 10 years. Our engineering studies, designs and management
services enable process and u lity sharing between mul ple chemical processes.
TAI Scope: TAI provided mul discipline engineering services to support various process and u lity systems
Many of which required TAI to develop a PSM/PHA programs. Most notably included the capital
expansion of the produc on and storage capabili es of their MAC plant which included the
regulated chemicals of chlorine and isobutylene. Highlights of the project included the design
of a quench column, infrastructure for ven ng off gases from the produc on plant and tank
farm to the incinerator plant, as well as a new Hastelloy lethal service reactor.

Liquid Mixing Moderniza on ECOLAB
Project Summary: The goal of the Garland, TX project was to improve safety, increase first me batch
acceptance levels, posi vely impact sustainability (reduce material loss, reduce
u lity consump on, etc.), and improve material flow.
TAI Scope: Mul ‐disciplined TAI engineers provided engineering for 20 mix and holding tanks,
fully automated batching system, minor ingredients pre‐weigh area, relocated/
reconfigured packaging lines, and related infrastructure. Capital Cost‐ $7MM
