6. Our emotions are on autopilot! “ All negative emotions are produced by a defensive reaction from the subconscious mind.”
7. How do we cause our subconscious mind to stop producing FEAR on our behalf? To change any emotion or any fear all you need is a clearly defined and focused intention, nothing else!
8. Read these intructions to set up your intention These instructions are to establish my intention for this clearing and reprogramming process. The cue word that will initiate this process is___(YES)______. Saying my cue word will trigger my intention for my subconscious mind to permanently eliminate anything within me that is causing any subconscious defensive reaction, response or resistance.

Continue… This intention will cause my subconscious mind to neutralize, release and eliminate all limiting thoughts and emotions, limiting beliefs or belief systems so to allow the positive aspects of what I desire to be fully intergraded within my body and mind. 11. An easy way to target your deeper subconscious fears. Ask the question: What is my subconscious mind really defending me from by producing this negative emotion or fear?
12. Here is how we do it. Step # 1. Establish what you want in a positive way... Examples: I want to be feel fearless when flying in a plane. I want to feel fearless when asking for what I want.
13. Here is how we do it. Step # 2. Affirm your statement 3 times and say your cue word. Example. I want to be feel fearless flying in a plane… YES
14. Before we start…Measure it! Step # 1. Affirm your positive statement once. Example. I am fearless flying in a plane. Note how true it is for you from 0-100%. 100% being completely true. 0% being completely false.
15. Now just follow my lead… While you think about the fear you want to overcome. Your cue word is YES in this process.
16. Begin…and think about what you want to overcome I want to be fearless in every way when it comes to…..… YES I really want to be fearless in every way when it comes to.…..…. YES I truly am convinced that I want to be completely fearless in every way………… YES
17. Continue tuning in to what you want to overcome and read… I am safe in every way… YES I will always be safe now and forever…. I forgive myself in every way… YES I forgive others in every way…

Our subconscious mind´s # 1 priority is to keep us safe… so what are the resources it has to keep us safe? Emotions… first and foremost…existential fear…or fear of loosing our life…. The perception of losing something of value..something we desire causes in us emotional pain….our mind avoids pain at all cost….when ever the anticipation of pain is perceived our mind produces FEAR on our behalf to warn us and cause us to avoid this pain…. The other way it has of protecting us is with fear based emotions….. It does this is layers Existencial fear being the base…from there layers of other emotions are produced to protect us and our interested….you can say that this is our ego at work.
All of this is done for us automatically….
This is the common mistake when trying only to repeat affirmations…our defensive response is not take into consiferation and the only thing that happens is that is simply clashes with our underlying fears and emotions and little or nothing is accomplished without consciously having the intention to let go of whatever beliefs are opposing what we desire.
