• Hanh has over 12 years of experiences in the media advertising industry with
Bates, ZenithOptimedia, 2 years with Xone FM radio channel & single handily
created a new radio trend for youth people.
• Hanh has set up a very successful direct sales model for Yahoo Vietnam and yearly
grew business more than 150% during 2.5 years online experience. She won the
President Cub award for Yahoo Global. Hanh has a strong relationship with media
owners, ad agencies and advertisers.
• Recently, Hanh was a Managing Director of Yahoo and contributed a successfully
managed team and grew revenues for 2010.

• Sonal has held positions as Director for Intl Client Services & most recently as
Director for Platform Display Strategy for Yahoo APAC. Sonal grew RMX
International team in their first international office in London and went on to grow
the HK & SEA region.
• Sonal is a veteran advertising expert with considerable international experience in
technology advertising. Prior to Right Media, Sonal served as Head of BD at
Octopus-travel; a Travelport company and Orange as Strategic Manager. Sonal has
over 12 years experience in the digital industry with focus on ad networks, ad
exchanges, e-commerce, telecoms, multi-variate testing and Oil and Gas
experience with Amerada Hess.
• Sonal has worked in the US, Asia and Europe and considers herself as a global
citizen who enjoys travelling and being immersed into new cultures with extensive
backpacking in the US and Asia. She holds a LLB Hons from the London School
