  • 10. RECOVERY •GOAL: RESTORE AFFECTED AREA TO ITS PREVIOUS STATE •“BUILD BACK BETTER” •PRIMARILY CONCERNED WITH ACTIONS THAT INVOLVE: •REBUILDING DESTROYED PROPERTY •RE-EMPLOYMENT •REPAIR OF ESSENTIAL INFRASTRUCTURE
