• Sales team which is going on meetings
• 2 Partnerships (GoGet & WorkingIn)

Sales Person Development
• Internal ICX training on Cold Calling, Networking
• NSW RICX training on Exchange Process, Product and Value Propositions,
Account management, Visas, Intern-servicing ad Quality assurance
• Sales Tour used to push members to go on meetings
• Follow up from RICX Training at StateCon on skills requested from
members
• Tracking system implemented for efficient tracking
