Hi everybody! From the time I started working for csw, 18 months ago, I have been asked questions like “Crowdsourcing what”, where is your office? Where is your team? What do you do? Remote work? How do you do it? Today I am going to talk about CSW, how we work, tool we use to work remotely to produce 6 months, our company culture and how we nurture a mindset at CSW that we are proud of as company.
We are spread across 3 continents. Until last years conference most of or team were meeting at the first time.
