5. Expands the congregational ownership, leadership and participation in the ministries of CPC – Empowering Our Members

6. Focuses on relationship-based ministries

7. Allows active Elders to be the permission-giving, vision-based leaders not the doers

9. Elders Team together (3 panels of 3 Elders) to coordinate relationship areas.

10. The current ministry team structure will be divided into smaller “tasks” and reallocate to relationship areas
