- 5. ď˝ Have you considered what to do if you cannot access data as expected? ď˝ What will you do if there is a delay in being able to access a group? ď˝ Do you have a plan if someone in the team suddenly is not there? ď˝ How do you manage conflict?
- 6. ď˝ Who are the stakeholders? ď˝ Do you have to provide regular reports and what format? ď˝ How will these be written? ď˝ Do you need to provide financial statements too?
- 7. ď˝ What evaluation of the project have you planned and what do you need to provide as final report? ď˝ Have you identified how you will disseminate your findings? ď˝ What are you plans as the project completes?
