Human Paradigm to Sustainable Development

This paper takes into consideration the aspect of human workforce and human skills to sustainable development. A lot of research has happened on the aspects of the environment, energy and pollution but what is often overlooked is the aspect of human skills which are getting lost in the process of industrialization. This paper tries to highlight the aspect of a holistic sustainable development model in which even the now fading skills can also find a place along with modernization and mechanization.
