the exercises you are weakest at by making it a regular part of your exercise routine, and don't give
up on it.
Your goal is to stay between eighty to a hundred and twenty when you ride your bike. You will be
able to sustain your speed without feeling fatigued and strained. By counting how many times your
leg comes to the top in 10 seconds, then multiplying that number by 6, you can determine your pace.
This pace should be your goal.
When you work out using a bench try out the pads on it by pressing down. If you feel a hard section
under the bench, it is not the right one. If you can feel the support structure you may sustain
bruising or other injury.
