My name is Simon Jones, and I am the CAPS Programme Selection Manager for the
CAPS / PAC (Conversations Assistant Programme for Schools), and it is my pleasure to provide
a reference for Yasmine Montebello.
Yasmine was working as a Conversation Assistant in a school called Ntra. Senyora de
Montserrat , located in Rubí, in the province of Barcelona. Spain. The employment period was
from March 2015 to June 2015 on a student internship placement.
During this period Yasmine proved to be an exceptional Conversation Assistant. She
was always friendly and dedicated to help the students improve their conversational skills. She
was really enthusiastic to learn and work hard, and very good at organizing students and
events, to help them learn English and to improve their conversation skills.
Yasmine performed all tasks competently and with commitment and enthusiasm. She
demonstrated the ability to work under pressure and to plan and organize tasks successfully to
meet deadlines. Her strong interpersonal and communication skills allowed her to be in front
of a class with children and develop good working relationships with both her colleagues in the
school where she was placed, and also with the host family who she lived with.
Yasmine Montebello was a great asset to our programme, and we highly recommend her for
