2. Direct Leg
1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 16th, 17th, 18th,
19th continuing thereafter, excluding multiples of 5.
Members receive 100% commission on product sales to all
personal customers/members.
Upline Leg
2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, 30th, and every
multiple of 5 thereafter.
100% commissions on these sales benefit the Upline.

6. Important Notes:
- A Tech & Support Fee of $19.95 is included in the $44.95
and $144.95 products
- Members do not receive commission on the Tech & Support
Fee. Members do receive 100% commission on the
remaining $25 and $125.
- Members receive 100% commission on all personal
customers/members in the Direct Leg.
- Members are not paid on personal customers/members in
the Upline Leg.
- Upline Leg commissions go to the Upline member to infinity.
- Each product has its own downline. To qualify for
commissions in both products (V-Social and V-Success),
sales must be produced in both downline legs.
- The product cost is a recurring monthly payment.
