About MYT The Meet Your Translator Night (MYT Night) will be the kickoff to an event series in different formats. At these events, freelance translators and interpreters will meet potential clients. This first time in an exclusive and pleasant ambience. The purpose is to network and exchange experiences and questions about GILT (Globalization, Internationalization, Localization, Translation). It is our goal to enable the two sides to engage in dialog and learn more about each other, thus making the process of selling and buying translations more transparent. Ideally, these talks will lead to cooperation among the participants! The focus however lies on know-how transfer and getting to know the other side of the value chain. 1st
MYT
Night
in
Berlin
will
include
a
rotaFng
dinner
with
a
gourmet
menu
served
in
six
courses.
There
will
be
four
people
siQng

each
table,
one
being
a

(i.e.
the
typical
direct
client)
and
the
others
being
translators
/
interpreters.
ATer
every
course,

will
move
on
to
the
next
table
in
order
to
talk

as
