Key factors will be to expand Premier membership and continue to grow sponsorship, in keeping with budget projections. Expenses include full-year of cost for COO and office expansionSummit sponsorship achieved phenomenal results, besting the budget by $80k. That more than made up for the shortfall of $30k in fees (e.g. ticket and table sales) which were likely due to the lack of a Friedman name on the docket. Yet, Friedman cost TAG $80k last year whereas our author/speaker this year cost under $15k. Overall TAG’s net revenue was over $50k better than last year, including absorption of construction costs related to the recent office moveTAG is in a surplus position of $248k which is $65k better than prior year. This is primarily due to the strong performance of the Summit and an aggressive membership plan where we are running close to projections. This performance is particularly significant in light of the increases related to staffing and office rental.
