Place a sign outside your door that lists

available hours or knock if emergency

have so much time

11. The 80/20 Rule

12. Create Goals
It is helpful to set goals for your self to

get things done ahead of time. If a paper
is due at the end of the month, tell your
self it is done two weeks earlier.
 Doing this will help to gain time for
things that are “thrown” at you with short
notice.

13. Post-It’s are your Friends!
Leave yourself notes. The mind can only

remember so many little details at once.
Write it down to help make sure you get
your stuff done.
 Post-It’s are helpful because you can
color-code certain things to stay
organized.
