Simon volunteered with the Toledo Football Academy from 2009 to 2012 as both a player and coach. He showed strong leadership and commitment, making himself available to help coaches and answer questions from other players. Simon also participated in two overseas trips to Europe with the Academy football team. The founder of the Academy praised Simon's contributions and said he would be an asset to any organization.

To whom it may concern,
I have known Simon since 2009 when he joined The Toledo Football Academy (TFA) as a player. He
also assisted in coaching duties during his three playing years.
During this time, Simon showed tremendous leadership and passion while assisting our head
coaches in helping shape our future soccer stars. He was always punctual and committed to every
session. Simon also made it to games that were additional to his practice times, all while in a
volunteer role.
While Simon was playing for us, he attended two overseas trips to Europe where he played in
countries such as Germany, Holland, Scotland and England. The second time he participated in this
trip of a lifetime, he was seen as a ‘senior’ player that aided other players in day-to-day activities.
He was always available to answer any questions and concerns from his fellow teammates, as well
as helping TFA’s Coaches in various decision-making matters while on tour.
We always look forward to hearing about Simon’s experiences and, he’s always welcome back with
open arms as a former alumnus.
Simon would enhance and enlighten any organization he is part of. Please let me know if you have
