Letter of Recommendation
Dear Sir or Madame,
Greetings!
I am much honored to write this letter of recommendation for Mr. Wang
Rongchang to support his application for working as an intern in Cirrus
Corporation.
Mr. Wang, after his graduation from high school, has started the internship with
Sichuan Airlines since 2011. In the summer vacation of 2011, he passed our
Safety Education Course and well-learned the General Introduction Course for
A320 series aircraft at the Maintenance Training Center. From 2012 to 2013, he
worked as an assistant in the Quality Assurance Division, Maintenance and
Engineering Department. In the meantime, he completed the SMS (Safety
Management System) Study with the guidance of the former chief, Mr. Guo
Quanfang. And along with the SMS Study, he also finished the CAAC-147
training on Airbus A320 series aircraft with the installation of IAE-2527-A5
engines. In the winter vacation of 2014, he completed the theory training (OJT)
on our fleets' newest CFM-56-5B engine. Furthermore, he actively went into
field study of C-check in SMECO, which is the MRO and sister company of
Sichuan Airlines.
Mr. Wang has acquired a solid foundation of aircraft maintenance and aviation
safety management. He surpasses other interns and he has won recognitions
from not only by me but also other maintenance experts. He has a great
enthusiasm and passion on aircraft maintenance and engineering management.
After he went into workshop, he distinguished himself by raising questions or
illustrating his understandings and he also had great passion to learn the
techniques and details again and again. It is really admirable that the ideas he
expressed was so in-depth that it reflected how much effort he had made after
his duty off. He also did a fantastic job in teamwork for he usually played an
important role in team-based project and worked well with his teammates.
Moreover, Mr. Wang often briefed me with the latest events of technical
innovation and his own thoughts on working procedure improvement. To be
honest, I am really proud of him.
To my mind, Mr. Wang’s strong enthusiasm accompanied with his meticulous
attention to details, enables him to acquit himself of his internship works
splendidly and gained much recognition in our company. His learning capacity
is acknowledged by all other advisors as well without a shadow of doubt. His
ability to work well with others allowed him to improve himself and the whole

team together consistently under any circumstances.
I believe this young man will achieve greater success in his future work.
