In Four trainings WIN Advocacy Document was distributed to them
In two training, session was conducted on ‘Corruption in Water’
No cost was there for WIN Secretariat for these activities

• Maintaining Email Correspondence with members as WIN Nepal a loose
network.
• Translation of WIN Advocacy document in Nepali Language.
Hard/Electronic copy distribution
• Nepal Engineer’s Association 11th National Convention, paper presentation
on Anticorruption with Highlights of WIN.
• In national workshops speaking in formal or informal occasion about WIN.
• Daily 2-3 NGOs water actors visit RWSSFDB, discuss/inform them about
WIN.
• 10 days each month field visit in TOR. Reaching the NGOs and water
actors in district and inform/orient them about WIN.
• Prepared Several Power Point Presentation in Nepali language which may
be used in training, orientation, workshop for anticorruption advocacy.

• During visit to India and Srilanka (2008 ) WIN Advocacy document
delivery to visiting organization .
• Community Water Supply and sanitation Project Srilanka two team of
20 members visited Nepal. Information and WIN introduction
document delivery to them.
• January 17-25, 2009 there was visit from 5 delegates of Water
Sanitation Trust Fund Kenya Africa. Regular WIN program information
sharing with them .
Secretariat
• Assisted in Survey and Summarization of capacity building needs of
members of Public and Non profit constitutions.
• Response to regular mails and tasks.
• E-meeting for assessment and selection of co-opted WIN-ISC
members.
• Presence in ISC meetings. Take part in the WIN events.

WIN Nepal Network
A formal meeting was held at the hall of NGO Arsow in Kavre District. NGOs
SJAYC, ARSOW, Nepal Redcross Society, RSDAN, PPUK and ARD were
present in this meeting.
Discussion on initiation of WIN-Nepal.
Advocacy document, Membership form, sample case information sheet
provided to them.
They are eager for further meeting to discuss shape, structure (Local to
National), constitution making/registering or loose network and so on.
