An Irish company, founded in 2009

Vision: Provision of an outstanding, on-line service that
enables an individual to manage his/her career direction
and choices for the future.
4. Idea Spark
Business idea arose from one of the founders going through an
outplacement process following a company closure
The process had involved significant direct contact hours
with a career coach and was expensive.
The career management process had obvious benefits for
individuals and healthy businesses too.
Opportunity was identified to create an accessible, effective,
on-line & affordable career management service.

Few companies are capable of promising lifetime employment.
Individuals are facing more frequent job and career changes.
Reasons include:
Rapid replacement of technologies;
Globalisation of markets and the workforce;
Individual choice.
Economic conditions
Individuals should take ownership of their careers.

Founded on best practices in career management;
The pace of completion of the program is controlled by the user.
Three process steps:
REFLECT on the user’s skills, experiences and achievements;
EXPLORE the changes the user may be willing to make and to define
what success means to him or her;
DEVELOP an action plan to achieve the newly defined career goals.
