My name isQuin Martin and I have workedat OldDominionFreightLine forthe last4 years: 1
yearon the dock part time and 3 yearsin the office asclerical full time.Mycurrentjob responsibilities
are to lookoverBill of Ladings,printmanifest,andscanthe billsto ourcorporate office.While I’mdoing
that I am able to answerquestionsandsolveproblemsconcerningourAS400 computersystem, DYM
systemonthe dock, OSD(lostand found) issues,maintenance issuesconcerningforkliftsandanything
otherproblems thatmaybe slowingdownthe processof loadingfreight asthe employeesaddressthem
to me.Since I have workedatOldDominionIhave masteredmanyskillsthatwill be of greatqualityin
your company.These include multi-tasking,leadershipskills,workingwellwithtime constraintsand
handlingtaskswithaclear mindsetwhenplacedunderpressure.I strive tobe completelyaware of my
surroundingssothatI am able to handle/preventproblemsbefore theyarise.Thisensuresthatwe stay
on track to benefitthe customerfirstandformost.Asa youngadult,employee,andpreviouscollege
