To achieve significant cost savings and improve their bottom line they can reduce their building energy consumption through operational and behavioral changes. This webinar on reducing energy consumption in schools and school districts was presented by Brian Branting, Energy Manager for BC’s School District 79. Brian shared how 30 facilities in his district reduced their energy consumption by nearly 20% for the 2009/2010 fiscal year, which amounted to a cost avoidance of over $250,000 on their 2009/2010 budget.
