Podcasting is a great form of content creation. But getting started can be rough, and in many cases, expensive. An expensive podcast set up is great, if you can afford to do it, and if you have the technical expertise to put everything together. But not everyone has the resources to start a podcast in a more complex and expensive way. I started my podcast using the equipment I already had, and gradually upgraded, and yet still don't have the super expensive equipment used by many podcasters. In spite of that, I frequently get compliments on the sound quality of my podcast. One of my podcast listeners asked how I achieved such quality, so I wrote a blog post on the topic and then decided to create a SlideShare presentation on the same subject. This presentation is the end result of that.
