For a company with ERP system, it will be easy to certify the success of
ERP implementation based on the KPIs defined. But few years down the
line it will be highly difficult to check and analyze whether the system
complies with the corporate governance rules.
It's taking longer and longer to reconcile financials at the end of the
month. Their sales forecasts are based more on guesswork or gut feeling
than solid figures. Their business is having trouble keeping up with its
order volume and customer satisfaction is faltering as a result. If this
