       • a construct inside every screencast: intro, content, summary
         (short repetition of content) and exercises

       • triggering auditive, tactile (animating student to open own
         terminal) and visual senses of the student

       • the information is spoken and is also visible in text form,
         repeated again at the end of each screencast (triggering
         different senses)

       • block diagrams give an overview about screencasts content
         and help students to create their own correlation between the
         topics and tools explained. Block diagrams are not supposed
         to explain everything in detail rather than to make student
         think them self!

       • another strategy of our screencasts is to teach the student
         also to multitask, listen to something and obtain different
         visual information at the same time.

       • the exercises and some parts of the screencasts are raising
         questions and provoking students to answer these questions
         and investigate further in that topic (Internet or other study
         material). That's very close to the real working environment
         where system administrators constantly have to find solutions
         for problems that are raising up.

       • suitable for e-Learning as well as for m-Learning (iPad,
         iPhone, other mobile devices)

  • 1.     Why a PaulPaulito.com screencast?   • a construct inside every screencast: intro, content, summary (short repetition of content) and exercises • triggering auditive, tactile (animating student to open own terminal) and visual senses of the student • the information is spoken and is also visible in text form, repeated again at the end of each screencast (triggering different senses) • block diagrams give an overview about screencasts content and help students to create their own correlation between the topics and tools explained. Block diagrams are not supposed to explain everything in detail rather than to make student think them self! • another strategy of our screencasts is to teach the student also to multitask, listen to something and obtain different visual information at the same time. • the exercises and some parts of the screencasts are raising questions and provoking students to answer these questions and investigate further in that topic (Internet or other study material). That's very close to the real working environment where system administrators constantly have to find solutions for problems that are raising up. • suitable for e-Learning as well as for m-Learning (iPad, iPhone, other mobile devices)
