LESSON LEARNED
     Always believe people are the most important asset, and
      capital comes second.
     It is not necessary to find the “best” talent but the talent
      that best fits your company.
     Find and groom the talent inside your company rather
      than keep searching for talent from outside. The best
      talent is home-groomed people who fit our company
      culture. It always takes at least three years before
      people become fully immersed into our company culture
     Believe in the potential of talent. There is no “smartest”
      talent. With the right environment and system, anyone
      can be groomed.
