Always believe people are the most important asset, and

It is not necessary to find the “best” talent but the talent
that best fits your company.
Find and groom the talent inside your company rather
than keep searching for talent from outside. The best
talent is home-groomed people who fit our company
culture. It always takes at least three years before
people become fully immersed into our company culture
