  2. Meadows Resources was founded on the principles of solution driven processes, procedures, and training. Utilizing more than ten years in human resources and recruiting in over a dozen industries world wide in both traditional and remote roles. We are motivated to perform at our best to help our clients reach their goals.
  3. We have grown to over 40 clients in more than five different countries, and over a dozen resources in three different countries in the last year. We are excited to help small businesses grow and help larger businesses implement innovative hiring practices to retain skilled workers.
  4. This is our top tear management team. I have over ten years experience in HR and Recruiting and oversee the company, clients, and resources. Ali has over seven years experience in Web & IT. He manages all of our web and IT resources, along with some web based sales and marketing efforts including full feature web design, remote support, and SEO SEM. Melissa has over ten years experience in all things accounting and finance from CFO to bookkeeping. She manages our team of finance and accounting resources working on projects like LLC formation, Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial reporting. Tyler is our Operations Manager with a degree in linguistics and a background in oil and gas manufacturing operations. He manages our Editing/ Writing and social media resources in addition to managing all of the daily activity of our resources.

  6. The art of delegation allows you to release mundane tasks and focus on revenue growing work so that you can better serve your clients and still have time to enjoy your hard work. Three clear cut ways remote workers stand out are: Cost, Productivity, and No geographical restrictions. Cost- Remote workers do not have the overhead of a traditional worker or traditional contractor. Productivity- The Bureau of Labor and Statistics states that the average traditional worker is only productive for half of their work day. That is 4 hours for every 8 hours day you pay them for. Remote workers on average show that they are 25% more productive than traditional workers. Plus you only pay for the time they are productive in your work. That is 6 hours of productive time that you pay them for per day. Geographical Restrictions- Depending on the location for your business it may be difficult to find the best talent in your area. We have developed our client onboarding process in an effort to explain the best practices we use to implement new clients in our company so that they can receive the best possible experience with us and experience the growth that comes from proper delegation. Service Meeting- Right now we are checking off our first step in the process. This meeting is designed to teach you more about what we do and how we can help you grow. Resource Selection- After this meeting we will have all of the information we need to facilitate good resource matches for you. We will schedule interviews with you and potential resources so that you can make sure our selections are a good fit for skill and personality. Scope of Work- After you have selected the resources you want to work with we will lay out the specific daily, weekly, and monthly duties of your resources. We will also outline specific kick off items needed, identify any training, and finalize wages with minimum and maximum hours.
  13. Agreement- After the scope of work is approved we will draft a full agency agreement for you including a welcome letter, billing, scope of work, W9, and our standard agency agreement. After we have received the retainer fee and the completed full agreement we can move to the kick off period. Kick Off Period- During the two week kick off period we help you to delegate tasks and hand over documents, tools, and access to anything your resource needs to be successful in their daily work. We also use this time to set up effective process and procedures for communication, daily work, and to set up measureable goals to show progress in your assignments. After we have fully vetted and trained in your systems we can set up our kick off meeting. Kick Off Meeting- The kick off meeting is to review the scope of work, documents, tools, and access. We also set up our start date and make sure we are all on the same page in terms of preferences and processes. Work Start Date- Your work start date is the first day that you and your resource will be working together on your own. You are free to communicate directly with your resources about all things in regards to your work. If you find that there is any issue or you need to revise your work agreement, scope of work, revisit your processes, or would like to add or remove a resources we are here to help you.
