Spark the Change - Revealing the Self: Passion, Impact and Delight

In our workplaces, we do not dare to show our true and whole self. We do not feel welcome, and co-create work environments where sub-optimal results and shared ineffectiveness are normal. Although we hunger for being seen, our need for safety makes it impossible for anyone to authentically connect with us. We behave in a way that results in a staggering loss of human potential and the resulting economic value. We can learn to behave differently. We may dare to treat each other more openly, truthfully, and effectively than before. In doing so we become more aware of who we are, and what we want. The results can be extraordinary. This is how to feel the fire in our bellies that drives true passion at work. We can create work and products that we are truly proud of, that we really believe in. Passion feeds impact - our work can make a real difference to the world. And through this, we can offer heartfelt delight to our customers.
