Dynamic-Csurgó Kft. was founded in 1999. We are a
Hungarian company with Austrian majority shareholder.
At the beginning we specialized in assembly of
electronic products, later we launched the production
of classic THT components mounted on
printed circuit boards, hand production extended to
SMD.
We offer you assembly services in the form of
wage-labour. Our goal is to provide customer
satisfaction through flexibility and high quality.
Due to large experience in business we meet the
requirements of our European customers.
The capacity of Dynamic-Csurgó Kft. allows
producing small and middle quantities of products,
and certainly prototyping for the lowest price.

On your request we will take care of the procurement
of the components!
Our relationships with reliable suppliers, we are entitled
to substantial discounts. In addition, our customers
benefit from it.
Our 570 m² warehouse has the capacity to store 273
pallets.
The implementation of abas ERP business software
and strict inventory management knew that the
operation more efficient and accurate. The software
also allows you to contact the EDI.
We take the burden from his shoulders and cemeteries
will be ready in time, of course.

5. SMT
Our scope of services includes amongst others
Surface-Mount Technology assembly lines.
With our Essemtec SP150 SV-PLUS we are able to print 400 x 400 mm PCBs.
We are able to place 7.500 pieces per hour with our pick and place Pantera-XVC, Pantera-X
and TWS Quadra machines.
The IBL SLC 309 and the IBL SLC 509 vapour phase soldering machines provide a unique
soldering quality.
With our automated optical Inspection System SAKI AOI we can guarantee you a high
quality.

6. Essemtec SP150 SV-PLUS

The SP150 SV-PLUS ensures best prerequisites for
fine-pitch printing: the vision system and the integrated
stencil cleaning guarantee the perfect alignment and
proper print conditions. Due to its space-saving design
with a front drawer, the SP150-SV PLUS is well suited
for small- and medium-sized enterprises.

The LCC camera, which allows precise positioning for large parts (up to 50 mm x 40 mm)
and the INLINE system, which radically reduces the insertion machine
downtime, are the two important novelty from the Essemtec Pantera-XVC.

The most important novelty is the size of
the vapour phase soldering oven. With our
IBL SLC 509 we are able to produce

13. THT
Our scope of services includes also Through Hole
Technology assembly lines.
Our technologies allow manual and machine soldering of PCB assembly. In cases with small numbers of
items, soldering operations can be performed manually. In case of larger series, we recommend our
ERSA EWS 330 wave soldering, which is suitable for lead-free soldering.
We are also able to offer you selective soldering with our ERSA ECOSELECT 1.
Due to many years of experience and highly skilled staff, we can offer high quality at a reasonable hourly
rate.
Our high technologies help us to reach further improvement.

SELECTIVE SOLDERING
The two importants benefits are, that it is not necesasary to solder manual douple-side assembled PCBs and
that THT components could be sold on little space beneath the SMT components.
High qualitative standards could be arrive.

16. Reworking
Defective components on printed circuit boards
can be easily repaired by our ERSA IR 550 mini reflow.
This machine controlls the temperatur curve constantly.
We can also provide printing of device enclosures.
Due to advanced technologies we can print almost on
any surface.
