Dear guests
It is a great pleasure to be able to write to you as new
Director of the hotel.
I have had a special fascination for the Interalpen-
Hotel Tyrol, since my first visit many years ago. Our ex-
traordinary and exclusive location in the Tirolean Alps,
the extensive Spa and wellbeing facilities, the superb,
award-winning cuisine and the fantastic team have truly
inspired me. We will work together to preserve all that is
outstanding about the hotel, but remain open to innova-
tion, to continuously improve our services and offer you
the most memorable holiday possible.
In this edition of the Interalpen Magazine we present
some new and exclusive spaces where you can relax and
be comfortable: the ground floor of the Karwendel wing
is about to be extensively renovated and will be home
to Salon Bellevue, Café Wien and our Smoking Lounge.
Renovations will take place during the winter closed
period and the new rooms will be ready for the most
special time of year: Christmas and New Year at the
Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol.
I am really looking forward to the first snow of the sea-
son in the Tirolean Alps and hope to be able to welcome
you personally before too long.
With best wishes
Karl BrĂŒggemann

AmbienceInteralpen-Magazin
One renovation project,
three distinct styles
Every detail has been carefully consid-
ered to provide a very authentic expe-
rience. From flooring to furniture and
decorations to the lighting concept,
each new public space has its own dis-
tinct style. Only the original wood pan-
elling and hand painted ceilings have
been preserved.
Café Wien

Viennese coffee house
*	waiters with authentic black
waistcoat, bow tie and white apron
*	Viennese coffee specialities
including EinspÀnner and

*	Viennese pastries and
Interalpen-desserts
*	a wide selection of newspapers
and magazines
Smoking Lounge
*	ambience of a British
gentlemen’s club
*	comfortable leather
Chesterfield sofas
*	selection of fine whiskies and rums
*	wide choice of cigars
*	individual humidors available
*	large flat screen TV for sports events
Salon Bellevue

*	pale colours create a
calm atmosphere
*	ideal quiet space to read,
chat or play chess
*	large flat screen for TV highlights
*	fabulous views of the Tirolean Alps
A place with a relaxed but styl-
ish atmosphere where guests can en-
joy each other’s company and savour
life in general – this concept defines
the Karwendel Wing’s new venues.
“There’s a space to suit every taste”
says acclaimed architect Philip Wohl
farth of his designs. “The entire ground
floor of the Karwendel Wing will have
a new layout where guests will be able
to relax in Café Wien, Salon Bellevue
or the Smoking Lounge.“ Elegantly
decorated, with stylish furniture and
exquisite service, the new spaces pro-
vide perfect surroundings to relax over
a drink and enjoy some civilised con-
versation.
The centrepiece of the new space is
CaféWien,whereanauthenticViennese
coffee house has been recreated with
loving attention to detail: iconic Thonet
chairs with bentwood backs are placed
at small round tables with marble tops.
Daily newspapers are on standby and
courteous waiters serve your coffee on
silver trays. Of course, Café Wien at
the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol not only re-
flects the style of classic coffee houses
such as Café Central or Hawelka in
Vienna, but the coffee menu leaves
no wish unfulfilled. You can expect
every conceivable coffee speciality
from EinspÀnner to Wiener Melange
and sweet treats such as Apfelstrudel
and Sachertorte.
There’s an old school, British gen-
tlemen’s club feel to the newly created
Smoking Lounge: dark wood, forest
green Chesterfield sofas and herring-
bone parquet complete the look. We
offer a wide selection of fine whiskies
and rums and an attractive menu for
cigar lovers with a focus on the best
exports from Cuba (Cohiba, Monte-
cristo, Partagas) and the Dominican
Republic (Davidoff). Our cigar expert
will be pleased to advise on your se-
lection and we also offer private hu-
midors for especially dedicated cigar
smokers.
To complement the comfortable
leather furniture, the Smoking Lounge
offers a fireplace, a large flat screen
TV and a table at which you can sit
and chat, read or smoke your cigar in
peace. Naturally, the Smoking Lounge
is equipped with a new, highly effi-
cient ventilation system to ensure a
pleasant atmosphere.
Salon Bellevue is a sophisticated
retreat situated right by the hotel hall,
and furnished as a comfortable and
very exclusive living room, where you
will feel very much at home. Pretty
wallpaper and light colours such as
beige, pale blue and cream set the rest-
ful tone. The furniture grouping cre-
ates a very private atmosphere where
you can read, relax, chat or play chess
in peace. Guests can also watch foot-
ball matches or other TV highlights on
the large flat screen TV.
The renovation works take place
during our winter closed period. We
would be delighted to welcome you
to the newly refurbished Karwendel
Wing when we reopen and hope that
you will feel inspired to spend many
relaxing hours there.

Refurbishment of the Karwendel Wing
The Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol presents three new attractions for guests:
Café Wien, the Smoking Lounge and Salon Bellevue.
Ambience is everything
in our new venues.
Café Wien resembles
a classic Viennese coffee
house in every detail.
It’s hard to resist delicious Viennese
specialities.

Winter Package
Fun in the snow!
Winter’s first snowfall is a much anticipated event. Because
this glittering white blanket not only makes the Tirol picture-
book perfect, but gives our guests so many different ways to
enjoy some sports and activity.
Winter season at the Interalpen-HotelTyrol
When the ‘white magic’ coats tree-
tops and mountain slopes, it’s time to
head outside into the pristine land-
scape. The mountains around the
Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol are a dream for
skiers. There is a 260 km network of
signposted cross-country skiing trails
on Seefeld’s high plateau. You can
join the trail right at the hotel’s front
door, glide through sparkling, winter-
white landscapes and enjoy magnifi-
cent views.
Downhill skiers can also look for-
ward to a great choice of pistes. See-
feld is home to Gschwandtkopf and
RosshĂŒtte ski regions and there are
other attractive skiing centres in close
proximity.
Those who prefer their winter
sports fun on runners can take to the
pistes on a toboggan. An excursion to
the toboggan run at Gaistal or Strass-
berghaus makes an unforgettable day
out for both adults and children. If you
prefer a quieter life, the hotel has its
own ice rink where you can skate or
try your hand at curling. Ski equip-
ment, toboggans, skates and curling
stones are available from the hotel’s
hire shop.
Keen hikers don’t let winter dis-
courage them from enjoying the Tirol’s
mountain world. Equipped with snow-
shoes, our experienced mountain
guide takes groups along snow-cov-
ered trails to picturesque corners and
magnificent viewing points. Whether
snuggled up by a roaring fire or enjoy-
ing a night time ramble by torchlight,
winter at the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol
is a perfect season for great roman-
tics. For a truly fairytale experience,
we recommend a carriage ride, where
gentle-natured Haflinger horses lead
you through the peaceful winter idyll.
You can snuggle up in a blanket and
savour the pristine natural scenery
and clear mountain air.
For more action and a taste of wil-
derness adventure, why not take a
trip with a sled and pack of huskies.
You will explore the Tirolean Alps at
nearly 20 kph, and really connect with
the natural world.
There are plenty of opportunities
for day excursions in winter too. See-
feld is a popular destination, with its
traditional weekend Christmas mar-
ket of festive wooden stalls offering
GlĂŒhwein and roast chestnuts. Inns-
bruck is also worth a visit, with no
less than five different Christmas mar-
kets to explore in the lovely medieval
old town quarter. From there it’s just
a short hop to Wattens and Swarovski
Crystal Worlds. Discover this treasure-
house of gems which sparkle and glit-
ter to rival the snow crystals in the
Tirolean Alps.

GastronomyInteralpen-Magazin
A recipe for 6 people
Potato dough for dumplings
250 g cooked floury potatoes, 100 g
strong plain flour, 1 egg yolk, salt.
Boil the potatoes in their skins, leave
to cool, peel and pass through a fine
sieve. Combine all ingredients and
chill in the fridge. Cut open 6 plums,
remove the stone and fill each with a
sugar cube. Cut the dough into 6, roll
out into circles and encase the plums.
Chestnut crĂšme
100 g chestnut purĂ©e, 2 cl rum, icing
sugar. Combine the ingredients.
Plums
9 plums, halved and stoned, 100 ml
port, 100 ml red wine, seeds from a
vanilla pod, 50 ml elderflower syrup,
1 clove, 2 cm cinnamon stick, 1 star
anise.
Simmer the spices in the port and
wine, allow to reduce slightly, and
thicken with a little cornflour. Add the
plums and leave to cool.
Walnut croquant ice cream
100 ml milk, 100 ml cream, 3 egg
yolks, 40 g sugar
Heat the milk and cream. Whisk the
eggs yolks and sugar, add to the al-
most boiling milk mixture and whisk
over a gentle heat until the custard is
slightly thickened. You can test if it is
done by dipping a wooden spoon into
the mixture then blowing on the back
of the spoon. If wavy lines appear, the
custard is perfect.
Walnut croquant
10 g butter, 10 g honey, 30 g cane sugar,
15 g cream, vanilla sugar, 200 g walnuts
Bring the ingredients to the boil; add
the walnuts and leave to cool. Freeze
the ice cream base then add the cara-
melised walnuts.
Our sommelier Andreas Pfingstl re
commends a delicious walnut liqueur
to serve with the plum dumplings:
“M4 walnut liqueur from Mair’s
Beerengarten with its notes of cloves
and cinnamon is a regional classic.
This is a perfect way to finish an
exquisite dinner.”
We wish you bon appétit.
Plum dumplings with
chestnut crÚme
An Austrian speciality to try at home
Our head chef Christoph Zangerl and our sommelier
Andreas Pfingstl present a magnificent Tirolean dessert
and an equally delicious liqueur.
Tiroler Gröstl (meat and potato
hash), Schlutzkrapfen (cream cheese
ravioli), Speck (air-dried ham) and
Knödel (dumplings) in endless variety
are just some of the region’s most
famous specialities, which promise
real pleasures of the palate. But when
our head chef Christoph Zangerl, who
has been awarded 3 Gault Millau
‘toques’, turns his attention to trad
itional Tirolean cuisine, you can be
sure of particularly refined creations
and unique taste sensations. “I am
a great lover of Tirolean cooking, so
regional dishes prepared with sea-
sonal ingredients always feature on
our menus” says Zangerl. He can be
sure that produce from the Tirol will
provide the best in freshness, quality
and flavour and ultimately, top qual-
ity ingredients are at the heart of his
award-winning culinary art. “One of
my favourite traditional dishes is plum
dumplings. And when served with
chestnut crĂšme and walnut croquant
ice cream they taste just fantastic.”

The sauna village
offers so many ways
to relax.
On request a sauna master will help you get the
best from your sauna or steam bath visit.
Wellbeing
Our Alm and Salt saunas have
been completely renovated and now
meet the highest standards of design
and technology. The Interalpen-Hotel
Tyrol’s sauna masters are particularly
proud of the salt sauna: illuminated
salt bricks on the walls store up energy
over several hours and release infra-
red heat. Time spent in this sauna pro-
motes relaxation, improves your well
being and strengthens your immune
system. The Alm sauna is a Finnish
sauna in classical sense: maintained
at temperatures of 95 –100 °C it is
ideal for “pouring ceremonies”. In ad-
dition to a state of the art ventilation
system, two windows provide fresh
mountain air and an excellent oxygen
supply.
The sauna village has several other
places where you can enjoy some
pleasant heat. The highlights include a
Tirolean bake house, where the aroma
of freshly baked bread fills the air as
you enjoy the 60 °C heat. The mod-
erate temperatures of the Bio sauna
are ideal for your first experience of
a sauna, to allow your body to accli-
matise to the beneficial heat. The two
steam baths (herbal steam bath and a
precious stone grotto) maintain a more
moderate temperature than the sau-
nas and the humid air soothes your
airways.
If you prefer, one of our sauna mas-
ters will instruct you in the secrets
of the most beneficial sauna session,
during which he will enhance your
sauna experience by pouring fragrant
infusions onto the coals and circulat-
ing the air.
During your sauna, pamper your
skin with honey, olive oil, salt, yoghurt
or other products. After a sauna or
steam bath it is a special pleasure
to wade through the delightfully re-
freshing Kneipp hydrotherapy stream,
which meanders through the sauna
village. And afterwards why not relax
and restore your energy on a day bed
in our spacious Spa area.
We predict
a warm winter
Alm sauna and salt sauna modernised.
Our sauna village is an oasis of tranquillity and warmth.
Two particularly relaxing features are the Alm sauna and the Salt sauna.

  • 2. Editorial / ContentsInteralpen-Magazin Dear guests It is a great pleasure to be able to write to you as new Director of the hotel. I have had a special fascination for the Interalpen- Hotel Tyrol, since my first visit many years ago. Our ex- traordinary and exclusive location in the Tirolean Alps, the extensive Spa and wellbeing facilities, the superb, award-winning cuisine and the fantastic team have truly inspired me. We will work together to preserve all that is outstanding about the hotel, but remain open to innova- tion, to continuously improve our services and offer you the most memorable holiday possible. In this edition of the Interalpen Magazine we present some new and exclusive spaces where you can relax and be comfortable: the ground floor of the Karwendel wing is about to be extensively renovated and will be home to Salon Bellevue, CafĂ© Wien and our Smoking Lounge. Renovations will take place during the winter closed period and the new rooms will be ready for the most special time of year: Christmas and New Year at the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol. I am really looking forward to the first snow of the sea- son in the Tirolean Alps and hope to be able to welcome you personally before too long. With best wishes Karl BrĂŒggemann 4 New rooms for style-conscious connoisseurs 6 Fun in the snow! 8 Tirolean cuisine to try at home 11 We predict a warm winter 12 Where Christmas wishes come true 14 Great prospects 32
  • 3. AmbienceInteralpen-Magazin One renovation project, three distinct styles Every detail has been carefully consid- ered to provide a very authentic expe- rience. From flooring to furniture and decorations to the lighting concept, each new public space has its own dis- tinct style. Only the original wood pan- elling and hand painted ceilings have been preserved. CafĂ© Wien * in the style of a traditional Viennese coffee house * waiters with authentic black waistcoat, bow tie and white apron * Viennese coffee specialities including EinspĂ€nner and Maria Theresia * Viennese pastries and Interalpen-desserts * a wide selection of newspapers and magazines Smoking Lounge * ambience of a British gentlemen’s club * comfortable leather Chesterfield sofas * selection of fine whiskies and rums * wide choice of cigars * individual humidors available * large flat screen TV for sports events Salon Bellevue * the style of an exclusive drawing room * pale colours create a calm atmosphere * ideal quiet space to read, chat or play chess * large flat screen for TV highlights * fabulous views of the Tirolean Alps A place with a relaxed but styl- ish atmosphere where guests can en- joy each other’s company and savour life in general – this concept defines the Karwendel Wing’s new venues. “There’s a space to suit every taste” says acclaimed architect Philip Wohl farth of his designs. “The entire ground floor of the Karwendel Wing will have a new layout where guests will be able to relax in CafĂ© Wien, Salon Bellevue or the Smoking Lounge.“ Elegantly decorated, with stylish furniture and exquisite service, the new spaces pro- vide perfect surroundings to relax over a drink and enjoy some civilised con- versation. The centrepiece of the new space is CafĂ©Wien, whereanauthenticViennese coffee house has been recreated with loving attention to detail: iconic Thonet chairs with bentwood backs are placed at small round tables with marble tops. Daily newspapers are on standby and courteous waiters serve your coffee on silver trays. Of course, CafĂ© Wien at the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol not only re- flects the style of classic coffee houses such as CafĂ© Central or Hawelka in Vienna, but the coffee menu leaves no wish unfulfilled. You can expect every conceivable coffee speciality from EinspĂ€nner to Wiener Melange and sweet treats such as Apfelstrudel and Sachertorte. There’s an old school, British gen- tlemen’s club feel to the newly created Smoking Lounge: dark wood, forest green Chesterfield sofas and herring- bone parquet complete the look. We offer a wide selection of fine whiskies and rums and an attractive menu for cigar lovers with a focus on the best exports from Cuba (Cohiba, Monte- cristo, Partagas) and the Dominican Republic (Davidoff). Our cigar expert will be pleased to advise on your se- lection and we also offer private hu- midors for especially dedicated cigar smokers. To complement the comfortable leather furniture, the Smoking Lounge offers a fireplace, a large flat screen TV and a table at which you can sit and chat, read or smoke your cigar in peace. Naturally, the Smoking Lounge is equipped with a new, highly effi- cient ventilation system to ensure a pleasant atmosphere. Salon Bellevue is a sophisticated retreat situated right by the hotel hall, and furnished as a comfortable and very exclusive living room, where you will feel very much at home. Pretty wallpaper and light colours such as beige, pale blue and cream set the rest- ful tone. The furniture grouping cre- ates a very private atmosphere where you can read, relax, chat or play chess in peace. Guests can also watch foot- ball matches or other TV highlights on the large flat screen TV. The renovation works take place during our winter closed period. We would be delighted to welcome you to the newly refurbished Karwendel Wing when we reopen and hope that you will feel inspired to spend many relaxing hours there. New rooms for style-conscious connoisseurs Refurbishment of the Karwendel Wing The Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol presents three new attractions for guests: CafĂ© Wien, the Smoking Lounge and Salon Bellevue. Ambience is everything in our new venues. CafĂ© Wien resembles a classic Viennese coffee house in every detail. It’s hard to resist delicious Viennese specialities. The Highlights 54
  • 4. ActivitiesInteralpen-Magazin Winter Package Fun in the snow! Winter’s first snowfall is a much anticipated event. Because this glittering white blanket not only makes the Tirol picture- book perfect, but gives our guests so many different ways to enjoy some sports and activity. Winter season at the Interalpen-HotelTyrol When the ‘white magic’ coats tree- tops and mountain slopes, it’s time to head outside into the pristine land- scape. The mountains around the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol are a dream for skiers. There is a 260 km network of signposted cross-country skiing trails on Seefeld’s high plateau. You can join the trail right at the hotel’s front door, glide through sparkling, winter- white landscapes and enjoy magnifi- cent views. Downhill skiers can also look for- ward to a great choice of pistes. See- feld is home to Gschwandtkopf and RosshĂŒtte ski regions and there are other attractive skiing centres in close proximity. Those who prefer their winter sports fun on runners can take to the pistes on a toboggan. An excursion to the toboggan run at Gaistal or Strass- berghaus makes an unforgettable day out for both adults and children. If you prefer a quieter life, the hotel has its own ice rink where you can skate or try your hand at curling. Ski equip- ment, toboggans, skates and curling stones are available from the hotel’s hire shop. Keen hikers don’t let winter dis- courage them from enjoying the Tirol’s mountain world. Equipped with snow- shoes, our experienced mountain guide takes groups along snow-cov- ered trails to picturesque corners and magnificent viewing points. Whether snuggled up by a roaring fire or enjoy- ing a night time ramble by torchlight, winter at the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol is a perfect season for great roman- tics. For a truly fairytale experience, we recommend a carriage ride, where gentle-natured Haflinger horses lead you through the peaceful winter idyll. You can snuggle up in a blanket and savour the pristine natural scenery and clear mountain air. For more action and a taste of wil- derness adventure, why not take a trip with a sled and pack of huskies. You will explore the Tirolean Alps at nearly 20 kph, and really connect with the natural world. There are plenty of opportunities for day excursions in winter too. See- feld is a popular destination, with its traditional weekend Christmas mar- ket of festive wooden stalls offering GlĂŒhwein and roast chestnuts. Inns- bruck is also worth a visit, with no less than five different Christmas mar- kets to explore in the lovely medieval old town quarter. From there it’s just a short hop to Wattens and Swarovski Crystal Worlds. Discover this treasure- house of gems which sparkle and glit- ter to rival the snow crystals in the Tirolean Alps. Until 1 April 2013 Time to make tracks! With breathtaking views and trails of- fering a variety of sporting challenges, the Seefeld Olympia Region is one of the most popular cross-country skiing re- gions in the world. *Seefeld Olympia Region cross-country ski pass *1 fango mud pack (25 minutes) *1 whole body massage (50 minutes) *accommodation in an apartment type 2 (68 m2 ) *Including the Interalpen- Standard luxury package 3 nights from € 749 4 nights from € 936 7 nights from € 1,470 (Prices per person in a double room) 76
  • 5. GastronomyInteralpen-Magazin A recipe for 6 people Potato dough for dumplings 250 g cooked floury potatoes, 100 g strong plain flour, 1 egg yolk, salt. Boil the potatoes in their skins, leave to cool, peel and pass through a fine sieve. Combine all ingredients and chill in the fridge. Cut open 6 plums, remove the stone and fill each with a sugar cube. Cut the dough into 6, roll out into circles and encase the plums. Chestnut crĂšme 100 g chestnut purĂ©e, 2 cl rum, icing sugar. Combine the ingredients. Plums 9 plums, halved and stoned, 100 ml port, 100 ml red wine, seeds from a vanilla pod, 50 ml elderflower syrup, 1 clove, 2 cm cinnamon stick, 1 star anise. Simmer the spices in the port and wine, allow to reduce slightly, and thicken with a little cornflour. Add the plums and leave to cool. Walnut croquant ice cream 100 ml milk, 100 ml cream, 3 egg yolks, 40 g sugar Heat the milk and cream. Whisk the eggs yolks and sugar, add to the al- most boiling milk mixture and whisk over a gentle heat until the custard is slightly thickened. You can test if it is done by dipping a wooden spoon into the mixture then blowing on the back of the spoon. If wavy lines appear, the custard is perfect. Walnut croquant   10 g butter, 10 g honey, 30 g cane sugar, 15 g cream, vanilla sugar, 200 g walnuts Bring the ingredients to the boil; add the walnuts and leave to cool. Freeze the ice cream base then add the cara- melised walnuts. Our sommelier Andreas Pfingstl re commends a delicious walnut liqueur to serve with the plum dumplings: “M4 walnut liqueur from Mair’s Beerengarten with its notes of cloves and cinnamon is a regional classic. This is a perfect way to finish an exquisite dinner.” We wish you bon appĂ©tit. Plum dumplings with chestnut crĂšme An Austrian speciality to try at home Our head chef Christoph Zangerl and our sommelier Andreas Pfingstl present a magnificent Tirolean dessert and an equally delicious liqueur. Tiroler Gröstl (meat and potato hash), Schlutzkrapfen (cream cheese ravioli), Speck (air-dried ham) and Knödel (dumplings) in endless variety are just some of the region’s most famous specialities, which promise real pleasures of the palate. But when our head chef Christoph Zangerl, who has been awarded 3 Gault Millau ‘toques’, turns his attention to trad itional Tirolean cuisine, you can be sure of particularly refined creations and unique taste sensations. “I am a great lover of Tirolean cooking, so regional dishes prepared with sea- sonal ingredients always feature on our menus” says Zangerl. He can be sure that produce from the Tirol will provide the best in freshness, quality and flavour and ultimately, top qual- ity ingredients are at the heart of his award-winning culinary art. “One of my favourite traditional dishes is plum dumplings. And when served with chestnut crĂšme and walnut croquant ice cream they taste just fantastic.” Until 1 April 2013 Please do not disturb Discover the Tyrol from its exclusive side – from a romantic carriage ride through snow-white landscapes to a massage in our spacious Spa. * A Tirolean gift basket and bottle of champagne on arrival in your room * A romantic carriage ride through the Wildmoos region (1 hour) * 1 Alpine body wrap and massage * On request breakfast or dinner served in your room at no supplement * 3 nights in an apartment type 2 (68 m2 ) * Including the Interalpen- Standard package Per person in a double room from € 730 Special Arrangement 98

The Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol’s sauna masters are particularly proud of the salt sauna: illuminated salt bricks on the walls store up energy over several hours and release infra- red heat. Time spent in this sauna pro- motes relaxation, improves your well being and strengthens your immune system. The Alm sauna is a Finnish sauna in classical sense: maintained at temperatures of 95 –100 °C it is ideal for “pouring ceremonies”. In ad- dition to a state of the art ventilation system, two windows provide fresh mountain air and an excellent oxygen supply. The sauna village has several other places where you can enjoy some pleasant heat. The highlights include a Tirolean bake house, where the aroma of freshly baked bread fills the air as you enjoy the 60 °C heat. The mod- erate temperatures of the Bio sauna are ideal for your first experience of a sauna, to allow your body to accli- matise to the beneficial heat. The two steam baths (herbal steam bath and a precious stone grotto) maintain a more moderate temperature than the sau- nas and the humid air soothes your airways. If you prefer, one of our sauna mas- ters will instruct you in the secrets of the most beneficial sauna session, during which he will enhance your sauna experience by pouring fragrant infusions onto the coals and circulat- ing the air. During your sauna, pamper your skin with honey, olive oil, salt, yoghurt or other products. After a sauna or steam bath it is a special pleasure to wade through the delightfully re- freshing Kneipp hydrotherapy stream, which meanders through the sauna village. And afterwards why not relax and restore your energy on a day bed in our spacious Spa area. We predict a warm winter Alm sauna and salt sauna modernised. Our sauna village is an oasis of tranquillity and warmth. Two particularly relaxing features are the Alm sauna and the Salt sauna. 11
