previous meeting. I simply hate my boss for
taking MY suggestions and showcasing these
points as his own to the seniors.”
2. “That’s MY desk. Why are you sitting here?
Did you open MY PC? Are you taking out
some information?”

1. “Mom likes him more. He doesn’t even clean
his room. I do everything for him, still he gets
all nice gifts.”
2. “That’s not MY job. You never help ME out
with the household, why should I do your
share of work?”

1. “Why didn’t you call ME up before Jack to
tell about the party? You always share things
with him first and I come late into the
picture.”
2. “She keeps telling that she likes that music
and yesterday she didn’t even recognize the
music track.”

Insecurity about maintaining your reputation
makes you behave much more politely/impolitely

Stress never lets you concentrate on the task at
hand and you start missing targets

Low and high levels of stress leave you tired
and irritable. You don’t feel like talking to your
team members
Conflicts arise not because of the occurrence of
mistakes but because you don’t want to rectify
other’s mistakes. After all, you are not
responsible for what others do.
