• Assess needs from ‘Safer Wards, Safer Hospitals’ initiative, the NHS 
Technology Fund and Integrated Care Pioneer programmes 
• An involvement programme to explore new technologies 
• Audit and publish a directory of the current infrastructure 
• Programme helping social care system providers get access to the national 
infrastructure 
• Consult on principles that will inform the Renewal Programme
